Cafe Entry - Working Carer's Discount

Half price entry to the café for a 1 hour cuddle session with the cats for a carer accompanying the person they care for, when the ward pays the full entry price. Please ensure booking slots for both the carer and ward are booked - we are a new and small independent business, and are a booking based establishment with a strict maximum capacity in the interest of welfare for all, including the cats. 

Please note: Proof of carer status will be required upon entry to the café (eg app/card). We are in the process of partnering with Forward Carers. 

Additional Information:

Drinks and food can be purchased on-site during your booked session, but are not mandatory.

Please check the FAQs, and ensure you have read our House Rules before placing your booking. Agreement to the House Rules is required for booking.

Late arrivals are unable to have additional time added to the end of their session as this will interfere with guests in the next booking slot. We appreciate your understanding.

You will receive a booking confirmation email shortly after checkout, please check your junk folder as well as inbox. If you have not received a confirmation email within half an hour of completing checkout, please contact us. 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund, and re-scheduling can be made up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done through the links in your booking confirmation email.
